I also shared some of my own “thread rules” that helps my make decisions about the thread colors that I use.

Happy Quilting!
I love Glide thread that you introduced me to for longarm quilting. I use the magna glide prewound bobbins now too. I’d like to purchase all the basic colors to go with Tula Pink’s True Colors. I’ve finished Nebula and plan on buying her new butterfly pattern. Do you have a list of coordinating colors of Glide like Aurifil does with their designer collections? I need to buy online so I’d love to buy from you.
I really liked your idea of picking threads that coordinates with the quilt and then add a couple of wild cards! Your tips on colors in conjunction with the piecing are spot on. I’ve always loved sewing but didn’t get into quilting until a few years ago and then found your website. My first quilt along was the flora and foliage and absolutely loved it. I’ve learned a tremendous amount and get more confident and braver with every quilt. (Also love you book Shape by Shape collection 1 and 2). Keep up the good work.
