It’s the most wonderful time of the year! No, it’s not Christmas-time…..it’s Build A Quilt time!
Build a Quilt is our exclusive block of the month program that allows you to create a quilt, one block at a time…..and it’s starting soon. We only open up registration once a year…..believe me, you aren’t going to want to miss this!
Participating is easy and fun! Keep reading to learn more about Build A Quilt.
Step 1: Pay the One-Time Registration Fee
The One-time Registration fee includes the fabric and pattern for ten quilt blocks, each mailed to you monthly! We also have registration options for those who live outside the US as well as in-person Build a Quilt (for those in the Kansas City area).
Step 2: Chose Your Colorway
To help make Build A Quilt fun to customize, you can choose from three different colorways. I designed these fabric collections so that you can be sure to end up with a quilt that you are sure to love! Which one will be your favorite?
This colorway includes graphic and modern prints that are just bursting with color! Dark, moody blues interspersed with greens, creams and tans add a sophisticated look to this fabric collection.
The Scarlet Sky colorway features bold floral prints with adorable tonal prints for a lovely texture. Featuring saturated shades of scarlet and blues with a hint of gray.
Dream the day away with this sweet colorway option. Lazy Days includes soft, floral designs in shades of teal, mint green, warm taupe with a hint of blush.
Optional Finishing Kits
Give your Build A Quilt blocks the perfect setting with an optional finishing kit! Choose from three different layouts for a truly customized quilt. The layout options will be announced in April.
Step 3: Participate
Not only will you end up with a gorgeous quilt, joining Build a Quilt also includes additional perks, including:
- Monthly Online BAQ meetings – see the blocks, get piecing tips and ask questions.
- Join the BAQ Facebook group – Share pictures of your progress, connect with other “builders” and ask questions.
- Shop exclusive deals and projects throughout the months.
