Description

These are the standard needles for all Handi Quilter longarms. The size of the needle you use is determined by the type of threads used.

Needle Size:

• Size 12: Use for Silk (100 wt), 60 wt, monofilament, mylar, cotton and polyester threads.
• Size 14: Use for Silk (100 wt), 60 wt, monofilament, mylar, cotton and polyester threads.
• Size 16: Use for 60/50/40 wt., monofilament, Mylar, metallic, cotton and polyester threads.
• Size 18: Use for 50/40/30wt metallic, cotton and polyester threads.
• Size 20: Use for 30/20/12 wt. cotton and polyester threads.

The most commonly used needles are sizes 16 and 18. Handi Quilter suggests that you change your needle often for a quality quilting experience.
