Quilting Is My Therapy Return Policy

Products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase. They must be unopened and in new condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.

Clearance items and cut yardage are final sale, thanks for your understanding.

There is a 15% restocking fee on approved items if returned within 30 days.

To return an item, contact us at customerservice@quiltingismytherapy.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

If it is determined that the product is defective, an RMA number will be issued with instructions for returning the product.  An unauthorized return (a return without an RMA number) will be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and insured in an approved shipping container. The original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping.
