FAQs

1. What is a “Hands On” class?

In a Hands On class, students bring their machines to the class and are able to practice the course materials immediately with guidance from me. For Hands On classes, you may want to limit the number of students so that there is enough time for individual attention.  Approximately 20 students or so. These classes can be 3 hrs or 6 hrs long.

2. What is a Lecture/Demonstration class?

In a lecture/demonstration class, I will teach the course material using by showing sample, instructing how the designs are broken down and then demonstrate the designs on a machine. This allows students to learn the designs and see them in action. These classes can be as large as the space allows.

3. Do you only teach on longarm quilting machines?

Definitely not! I can teach on any brand of longarm quilting machine as well as sewing machines.

4. What if I don’t see a class that I like?

Just let me know what you want to learn and how long you want me to teach. Chances are, we can work it out for you!
